Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post.

Estimated delivery times:

Ontario: 2–5 business days
Other provinces: 3–8 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping to the United States

We also ship to the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

5–10 business days

Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays that are outside our control.

Shipping to the United Kingdom & European Union

We ship to the United Kingdom and select European Union countries.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
European Union: 7–14 business days

Please note that import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may occasionally cause delays that are outside our control.
