We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make changes. Please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all full-priced items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned.

Choose your preferred size or color and submit your request. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will dispatch your exchange within 2–3 business days. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
